The music of Valentín Mendoza and Carles Grimalt was a luxury complement to the presentation on Friday the 5th at the Macià Batle winery in Santa Maria, where the first Mostra del Cuixot de Porc Negre de Mallorca (Black Pork Cured Ham Fair of Mallorca) was unveiled.

It will take place on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of June at the winery itself and will allow visitors to taste, among many other products made by Can Company in collaboration with the master charcuterie maker Xesc Reina, the first cured porc negre ham, produced according to the highest quality criteria in Gijuelo, Salamanca. This unique species on our island is ideal for producing a ham of the highest quality. During these days, visitors will also be able to enjoy showcookings by figures such as José Abellán, Santi Taura, Vicky Pulgarín or Benet Vicenç, as well as Reina himself, and they will also be able to collaborate with the Mallorcan NGO Amics de la Infància.
